About Us

Jewellery is a form of art, and that is how it all got started.

 

Holly & Dawn Jewellery was created by Sarah Marie Russell (ME). The name of the business came from my Grandmothers maiden name "Hollywood" as well as my most favourite time of the day, the dawn. Time is very important in our industry and as the dawn reminds me of golden sunshine I thought it fit in pretty well.

 

I am a Scottish based jeweller, in the past I have used muliple source materials to create unique designs. My main focus now is the natural world. In my designs I intend to create fine pieces of beauiful jewellery using many different techniques and materials.

 

I work mainly in precious metals and semi-precious stones. I have worked with leather before which I found very interresting. During this time I won an award for a neck piece made for the skinners and glovers competition.

 

In my practice I use traditional methods as well as new to create my pieces.

 

My mission here at Holly and Dawn Jewellery is to supply people with beautiful sparkling pieces of joy both unique and sentimental.
